چکیده

The existing intelligent tutoring systems available integrate various tutorial strategies, to improve the acquisition of knowledge. However, none of them are concerned with the role that the learner’s emotions can play. The design of a ITS which takes account of these emotions can be now considered using intelligent agents. This article deals with such an experiment and its results. We show in particular how to represent and quantify an emotional status, as well as a means to guess the learner’s emotional state. We present then the possible reaction to have according to this state, and the influence of these reactions, the various encountered problems and the solutions brought.
